About your trainer
Part time postnatal midwifery assistant & infant feeding specialist with the NHS. Doula UK trained postnatal doula. Ofsted & HSE compliant first aid instructor. Mum. Londoner. Fifteen years doing this.
I started teaching baby massage in my living room in Anerley fifteen years ago, after I had my second child. The classes filled up faster than I could plan them. New mums kept asking the same anxious questions β about choking, fevers, sleep, latching, signs to watch for. I realised what they actually wanted wasn't just baby massage techniques, they wanted more knowledge to help them be confident parents.
So I added first aid. Then I trained as a doula. Then I went to work part-time at our local NHS postnatal ward β because every time I walked into a class, I wanted to be bringing the most current, real-world clinical knowledge with me. Not textbook theory.
That's still the core of what I do today: take the medical and the bureaucratic, and translate it into the calm, practical, you-can-actually-do-this version that nervous parents and stretched-thin childcare professionals need.
Three things, really:
I'm a mum to two. I live a few minutes from where I teach. I'm a sucker for a Crystal Palace coffee shop and the most boring podcasts about clinical research. If you book a private course at home and offer me a cuppa, I'll always say yes.
The quickest way is to book online. Otherwise drop me a message and I'll get back within a working day.
