"I have just completed a 12 hour paediactric first aid course with Eva (@andchillax) for the 4th time. I have returned each time to renew my paediactric first aid with Eva because I have always had a good experience and the course has been delivered in an excellent manner. Eva gives clear instrunctions with plenty of encouragement. The atmosphere is fairly relaxed but also purposeful. There is sufficient time to ask questions and get answers. Eva also provides examples to help clarify what we are learning. There is also sufficient time to practice the skills we are learning. I would hightly recommend training with Eva to gain first aid knowledge and/or to complete one of her first aid courses."

"Both my daughters and I have done first aid courses with Eva. I completed the paediatric first aid course when my daughters were very young. When my daughters were still fairly young, they completed a child friendly first aid course and did another one when they were older as a refresher. We have found the courses very informative and Eva is super knowledgeable and so friendly and approachable. She was able to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend any of the courses And Chillax provides. Thank you so much Eva x"

"Six years ago I did a baby massage class with and chillax and it was amazing, my baby responded so well to it. Having a baby at the start of the year, and then entering lockdown I was so upset that I wouldn't be able to offer child 2 the same experiences as number 1 had. However, I then found out that And Chillax were doing online baby massage courses. These have literally saved me. Eva, the instructor guides us all through each step and corrects us if need be. The class sizes are just as they would be in normal day life, which I was also pleased about as I know some have larger groups meaning it's hard for the instructor to check if the movements are correct. My little one calmed down a lot on this course, and she continues to love her time when we practice it after bath time, using the handouts that are posted. I'm so pleased I was able to do this class with my baby, it was also helpful that being at home if baby cried, or if I wanted relaxing music in the background it didn't matter as everyone on mute, using the hand symbol if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this online massage course, it really did save me by asking baby feel more comfortable. Thank you."
